In-store Purchases
- In-store purchases paid with Klarna can only be returned in-store. Please ensure you have your Klarna digital card with you, so we can process the refund via Klarna.
Online Purchases
- Online purchases paid with Klarna can be returned in-store only for an exchange or store credit. Please note, you will continue to pay off the payments with Klarna until the order is paid off in full.

Change of Mind Returns Policy.
If you have purchased items in our stores, you can return them within 30 days in any store within the same country, for change-of-mind reasons, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The item must be in its original purchase condition. Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Please note that this change-of-mind policy does not apply to items that are faulty, damaged, or misdescribed. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods remain unaffected, including for items marked as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
If you require an Afterpay or Klarna refund, these can be refunded in-store. Online purchases may be exchanged in-store for another product or a gift card, or returned via the online return process for a refund in accordance with your original payment method. This applies to change-of-mind returns only and does not affect your ACL rights for faulty goods.
