Can I return items paid with Klarna?

In-store Purchases

• In-store purchases paid with Klarna can only be returned in-store. Please ensure you have your Klarna digital card with you, so we can process the refund via Klarna.

Online Purchases

• Online purchases paid with Klarna can be returned in-store only for an exchange or store credit. Please note, you will continue to pay off the payments with Klarna until the order is paid off in full.

• If you wish to request a refund for your online order with Klarna, please contact our customer service team. Please see the return process here.
