Change of Mind Returns Policy.
If you have purchased items in our stores, you can return them within 30 days in any store within the same country, for change-of-mind reasons, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The item must be in its original purchase condition. Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Note that this change-of-mind policy does not apply to items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described (meaning the product does not match its packaging or labelling. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods remain unaffected, including for items marked as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
Online purchases may be exchanged in-store for another product or a gift card, or returned via the online return process for a refund in accordance with your original payment method. This applies to change-of-mind returns only and does not affect your ACL rights for faulty goods.
Please note: Online Credit (Vouchers) can only be used for purchases made on our website or mobile app. It cannot be redeemed in-store.
