How long will my return take?

Once you have posted back your parcel, it will take between 2-7 days to reach our warehouse. You will be able to track the movement of your parcel via the tracking number supplied when booking your return. Once your order has been received, it will take 3-8 business days for your return to be processed. It may take an additional 2-5 business days for your bank to receive the funds.
