What if my Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card was lost or stolen?
If you have lost, or suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Sephora Gift Card (E-gift card or physical gift card), please contact our Customer Service Team here. Note that Sephora Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the following:
- Purchaser's Sephora order confirmation email or receipt as proof of purchase.
- Full gift card number (to check balance and enable deactivation).
If the above can be provided, the Sephora Customer Care Team will re-issue the remaining gift card balance via an online credit voucher (expiry matching the original gift card).
Please be aware that Sephora Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. Sephora will not be liable for redeemed Sephora Gift Cards if they have been stolen. And to avoid theft, please do not display your Sephora Gift Card number and PIN online.
What if my Sephora E-Gift Card was purchased in the wrong region?
If you happened to purchase a Sephora E-Gift Card in the wrong region, please reach out to our Customer Care Team here. Please note that e-gift cards cannot be refunded, however, they can be deactivated and we can issue an online credit voucher in its place (matching your e-gift cards expiration date). We simply require proof of the following:
- Purchaser's Sephora order confirmation email.
- Full gift card number (to check balance and enable deactivation).
Please be aware that due to exchange rates, the value of the online credit voucher we issue may not match the exact amount you originally paid. This is something that is out of our control, and we thank you for your understanding.
Is there a limit on the purchase of E-Gift Cards via the online store?
Please note the minimum purchase amount is $20, and the maximum is $300 on one E-Gift Card.
