When can I pick up my click & collect order?

You can pick up your Click and Collect order Monday – Sunday, within store opening hours.

Please note that we require 2-4 business hours to pick and pack your order during the week. During busy sale periods, Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, delays are expected and we kindly ask that you allow us up to 24 hours to process your order.

Be sure to receive your “order is ready” confirmation before visiting our store to avoid disappointment or in-store delay.

All orders are held for up to 7 calendar days prior to being cancelled and refunded.
