How do I place a click and collect order?

1. Add your desired product(s) to the cart.

2. Continue to the check-out, click on ‘view other delivery options’ and choose “Click & Collect” as your delivery option.

3. Select your local store (available at selected stores only).

4. If you are logged into your Sephora account, your recipient details will prefill, so if you wish for someone else to collect the order on your behalf, please add their details here instead.

5. Once payment is completed, an order confirmation will be sent, and once the order has been picked and packed, another notification will come through confirming your order is ready, along with a “one time password” via text (SMS).

There are no fees involved in this service.
