Yes. We'll be sorry to see you go but if you have made up your mind, please contact using the email address you have registered with us along with your Beauty Pass Number. Do take note that when your account is deleted:
- We will no longer retain any records relating to you, including support ticket history and details of all your interactions with us.
- Your points earned for the account will be forfeited.
- You will no longer be able to view your previous orders/purchase history.
- You will no longer be able to participate in member exclusive sales.
- You will no longer receive e-mails for promotions and other member-only communications from Sephora. However, note that certain requests and transactions (e.g. new orders, user-initiated submissions through our contact us portal) may still trigger limited e-mail communications from Sephora.
