The fastest way is to contact our Customer Service Team here and select 'Points' as the concern. To help us verify your account, please include your:
- Beauty Pass Membership Number;
- Registered Email Address; and
- A full photo of your receipt!
You can retrieve your Membership Number by logging in to your account and accessing your 'Dashboard' on the Sephora website. If you are using the Sephora mobile app, head to the 'Account' tab and tap on 'Show' at the bottom corner of your virtual card.
