I was not/ am not available to receive my parcel upon delivery.

If you are unable to receive the parcel upon delivery, not to worry!

Effective from August 17 onwards;

• If the area is deemed a safe place, driver will leave the parcel.
• Driver will not leave the parcel if they deem the area unsafe. If no one is available to receive your parcel, you will receive a notification card to collect your parcel from the nearest post office, news agency or collection point.

Safe place definition:

• Not on a busy street.
• Not in an open area.
• Under shelter in case of rain.
