How do I change or update my personal details?
Log in to your Beauty Pass account to change or update your account details.
I want to change my password, name, phone number, email address, residential address, or country.
You can make changes to your personal details via the Sephora Website or the Account tab on the Sephora mobile app.
- On Web: Go to 'My Account', click on 'Account Details' and 'Edit Personal Info'. You can make changes to your password, name, phone number, email address, residential address, or country through this platform.
- On App: Access the 'Account' Tab, click on 'Account Details' and 'Edit Profile'. You can only make changes to your password, name, phone number, residential address on App. You cannot make changes to email address, or country on App.

Unable to recall your password?
Type your registered email address and click 'Continue with Email'. Click on 'Forgot Password?' and 'Send Password Reset Link' to generate an email to reset your password!
Forgot the email address that was used previously for your account or need more help?
Reach out to our Customer Service Team here, and select the concern as 'Login Issues'.
If you're reaching out for the email address for your account, please also include either your Beauty Pass Number or your mobile number. This will help our Customer Service Team effectively locate your account for you!
My Sephora Beauty Pass Account has been hacked/ I lost my Sephora Beauty Pass Card!
Not to worry, you can either reach out to our Customer Service Team here or approach any of our Beauty Advisors in store.
We'll help you to cancel your account and re-apply for a new account. Upon verification, your old points balance will be transferred to your new account within 7 working days.
How do I merge multiple accounts?
Having multiple accounts can be a hassle - especially when accumulating points and keeping track of your orders. Want to merge multiple accounts under your name into a single account? Get in touch with our Customer Service Team here, and select the concern as 'Merging of Accounts'.
Please also provide the following information:
- Account Numbers/ Email Addresses/ Mobile Numbers used
- Your preference for which email address you wish to retain as the active account
Worried about your Beauty Pass Points when merging accounts? When accounts are merged, the points you have accumulated from the inactive account(s) will be added into the active account. Please give about 48 hours for the successful merging of accounts.
