Do I need to sign up to Klarna prior to purchasing?

There are two ways of signing up for Klarna’s services, this is because you can either sign up through our ‘In-App Shopping’ option or with our ‘Pay In 4’ option when you order from any of our partnered stores. 

• In-App Shopping: To avail of this feature, simply download the Klarna app for iOS or Android so you can discover, save, and shop at any online store. After you have installed the app, you can log on by verifying your email address and phone number. After you have signed up you can choose to log on using Face ID, Pin or Fingerprint in the future.

  When you are ready to place your first order, we need to verify your identity. You can use your Passport, Driver’s Licence and/or Medicare card. For that reason it is important to use your official first and last name, exactly as stated on these documents, to sign up with Klarna. We will ask for your middle name in the verification process.

• Pay in 4 interest-free installments: If you have not signed up with us previously you will be notified to sign up while completing your purchase, simply submit an application during the checkout process. You’ll know instantly whether or not your application was approved.
