Shipping Terms & Conditions
- Warehouse order processing takes 2 business days (may take more time during sales, holidays and extreme weather events).
- Delivery times are based on orders placed before 1pm AEDT.
- Shipping fees apply if minimum purchase falls below $25 after discounts are applied.
- Shipping may take additional time during extreme weather events.
- Shipping is only available on weekdays (excluding Australia Public Holidays).
- Orders containing items classified as dangerous goods are not eligible for express shipping.
Please note that transit times specified are an estimate only; exact delivery times will vary based on pick-up and delivery locations.

Click and Collect:
Missed the delivery cut off? No need to worry! You can opt for Click and Collect as your delivery method via the Sephora Australia website or app.
You can pick up your Click and Collect order Monday – Sunday, within store opening hours. We kindly ask that you allow us 24 hours to pick and pack your order. Please wait to receive your “order is ready” confirmation before visiting our store to avoid disappointment or in store delay.
All orders are held for up to 7 calendar days.
Extended Returns Policy:
For a little peace of mind this Holiday Season, we have extended our usual returns policy. From 28th November 2025, items bought online or in-store as gifts will be eligible for return until the 11th of January 2026.
